This policy explains how THALHAH FAYYADH BIN ABDUL HALIM (SSM registration no. 202403329051 (003678333-U), operating as Baekcuci; “we”, “us”) handles personal information. We provide deep cleaning upholstery services in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Ipoh.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, address and the items you want cleaned. We use this only to reply to you, arrange and carry out the service, and issue receipts.
We use the Threads API, with the permissions Threads grants us, to monitor public posts that contain keywords related to our services (for example, requests for sofa cleaning). We use this so we can see public enquiries and respond to them. For these posts we may process the post ID, text, public username and link. We only access public posts and the account of our own business owner. We do not collect passwords, private messages or non-public information, and we do not use Threads data to build profiles of individuals, for advertising, or for any purpose other than seeing and replying to relevant public posts.
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties, except where required by law or where needed to deliver our service. Alerts about relevant public posts are sent privately to the business owner through a messaging app.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including any information from a public Threads post. Email us at the address below with your request and, if it relates to Threads, your Threads username. We will act on your request within a reasonable time.
